While on vacay in Vermont this summer, my (creative) juices where flowing…And my motto is where there’s juice, there should be alcohol! LOL
Introducing my PINEAPPLE&GINGER RUM PUNCH!
What I did was take fresh pineapple cut it up and mixed it with Captain Morgan’s Pineapple Rum, Ginger Brandy, Pineapple Nectar (You can use juice as well) Shook it up in my shaker and then topped it with Pineapple Ginger Beer! This cocktail is so yummy that it’s UNBELIEVEABLE….And the best part? It took less that 5 minutes to make.
