The combination of coconut and pineapple never gets old to me, but I’ll be the first to tell you that I’m ALWAYS looking for ways to improve something IF I think it’ll make it better.

Fooling around in my kitchen one day, I decided to add “vanilla” and “cinnamon” brown sugar to the classic combo of coconut&pineapple and then thought…”Hmmmm, I wonder what THIS is?” “THIS” was a bottle of sparkling wine that someone either gave me, sent me, or brought over to my house for one of my infamous “Bottles&Cans” parties.

***FYI: My Bottles&Cans Parties are basically an excuse to drink for a good cause! I have my guests bring 1 bottle (of alcohol) and some can goods (that we donate to a shelter) and I make cocktails out of whatever bottles that make their way through the door.

In any event, the sparkling wine ended up being the perfect topper for my mixer: And I was also able to complete another one my #DrinkersMission.
